Hey y'all! I am a licensed therapist, artist, and all around crafty-type person, with a mission to help folks tear down the barriers that prevent them from being as creative as they can be, as connected as they want to be, in order to build the communities we want to see.

I am the author of the book Connect with Courage, I run a private practice, and have a whole host of creative parenting tools available at royadedeaux.com. Because I am a very mutli-project-person I also have resources for parents of teenagers at www.launchanxiety.com and sell my art on eBay under the name TheRecreative!



I'm also a mom to a handful of wild and wonderful kids where we make messes and play SO MANY SPORTS in Southern California!
