Venture Forth is a simple game designed to help get you up and out. The basic idea is to randomly choose a destination, an object, and a quest -- follow the prompts and they will give you just enough "oomph" on the days you need it.

Sometimes all we need is an extra push - a friend to meet, a place to go to. This game, designed by licensed therapist Roya Dedeaux, was created to meet the need of a client who knew their anxiety was getting the better of them. They just needed a little extra gamification to make their every day a touch more joyful.
